Who is responsible for your data
Premium Yachts Spain S.L., at Edificio Timonel, Local 73, Puerto Deportivo Luis Campomanes / Marina Greenwich, 03599 Altea, Alicante, Spain, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, emailinfo@premiumyachts.es.
Data we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the contact and yacht, service or partnership details you choose to provide. Required fields are identified on each form. We also process limited technical data needed to deliver the website, validate Cloudflare Turnstile and protect the enquiry endpoint from abuse.
Why we use the data
- To receive, review and respond to your enquiry.
- To take requested steps relating to a possible yacht, service or partnership transaction.
- To protect the website, forms and business communications from misuse.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
Legal basis
Depending on the enquiry, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing the website, to comply with a legal obligation, or on the basis of your consent where consent is the appropriate basis.
Service providers and recipients
Website and form data may be processed by hosting, security and email delivery providers acting for Premium Yachts Spain, including Cloudflare and, when production email delivery is configured, Google through the Gmail API. We may also share relevant enquiry information with a manufacturer, seller or specialist where this is necessary for the request and appropriate in the circumstances.
International processing
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers should rely on an authorised transfer mechanism and the provider’s current contractual safeguards.
Retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, manage any resulting business relationship, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. Security records may be retained for a shorter operational period unless an incident requires further review.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contactinfo@premiumyachts.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Marketing
The enquiry consent does not subscribe you to a newsletter or bundle optional marketing consent into the request.
