Submitting your requirements, receiving personal recommendations and choosing free matching-email updates cost nothing. There are no membership fees, subscriptions or obligations to buy.
Surveys, purchase-document coordination, delivery, refit, management and other professional services are optional and may be charged separately. Any applicable brokerage or service fees are explained and agreed separately. You decide which services, if any, to use.

Is the yacht search really free?
Yes. Sending your requirements, initial personal search assistance and relevant recommendations are free. Optional professional services may have separately agreed fees.
Do I need an account or membership?
No. There is no account, membership or subscription to use the search service.
Must I buy a yacht through PYS?
No. There is no obligation to purchase a yacht or use any additional service.
Can you look beyond your own listings?
Yes. Our team may consider relevant opportunities from other legitimate brokerage sources and professional contacts.
Can I send you a yacht I found elsewhere?
Yes. Paste its listing URL in the form. We will treat that link as a reference, not as a verified listing or a promise of availability.
How much information do you need?
Your yacht type and contact details are enough to begin. Budget, length, region and technical preferences can be flexible.
Will I receive automatic matching emails?
No. Recommendations and optional ongoing matching updates are selected and sent personally by our team. The optional email choice is not a general marketing subscription.
Can I change my search or stop emails?
Yes. Updating your requirements and stopping matching emails are free. Reply to our team at info@premiumyachts.es to change your preferences.
Are surveys or delivery included?
No. Survey, delivery, refit, management and other professional services are optional and priced separately where applicable.
